Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance systems.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and HR best practices.
2. Administration
Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility management.
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and internal record-keeping.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Monitor budgets related to office expenses and ensure cost optimization.
Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and government offices as required.
3. Executive Assistant to Director
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
