Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
Conduct performance appraisals and support talent management initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, facilities, housekeeping, and security.
Manage vendor relationships (stationery, IT, travel, canteen, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations.
Handle asset management, procurement, and inventory.
Support management in planning and implementing administrative systems.
Coordinate travel, events, and office logistics.
