We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our human resource and administrative operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee engagement, handling client coordination, and managing office operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings across platforms and liaise with recruitment agencies if needed.
Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with candidates.
Conduct reference checks and assist in employee onboarding formalities and orientation.
Employee Records & Payroll Support
Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing, reimbursements, and record-keeping for salary disbursements.
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs.
Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Maintain training records and collect feedback from participants.
Ensure follow-up actions from training evaluations are implemented.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee recognition events.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle employee queries, concerns, and provide initial support in conflict resolution.
Policy Compliance & HR Support
Ensure all company policies and HR procedures are up-to-date and adhered to.
Support the HR manager in conducting performance reviews and feedback cycles.
Help in managing statutory and regulatory HR compliance requirements.
Client Coordination & Documentation
Regularly follow up with clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and feedback.
Maintain organized client files, contracts, and communication logs.
Handle client invoicing, send payment reminders, and track outstanding dues.
Office Administration & Vendor Management
Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and ensure timely procurement and renewals.
Assist in keeping the workplace organized and functional for day-to-day operations.
Required Skills -
0-1 yr experience in HR & Admin role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Knowledge of HR-Admin tools & softwares
Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry is a plus
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively under pressure.
Experience in handling sensitive employee and client data responsibly.
