- Manage hiring, interviews, joining formalities, and induction.

- Maintain attendance, leaves, performance records, and grievance handling.
Procurement & Administration
- Handle purchase of office supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day admin operations.
HR Policies & Documentation
- Draft and implement HR policies, maintain employee files and reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin (with payroll & compliance knowledge).
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software.
