Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:



Manage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Maintain records and databases, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Support other departments with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.

Office Management:



Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required. Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
