Key Responsibilities



Human Resources



Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Coordinate induction, training, and performance review processes. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback cycles. Handle grievance redressal and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with Finance

Administration



Oversee office hygiene, pantry supplies, and facility maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, supplies, and property management. Maintain inventory of office assets and ensure timely procurement. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policies. Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and logistics for internal teams.

Reporting & Compliance



Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and admin expense summaries. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and audit requirements. Assist in drafting policies, SOPs, and internal communications.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
