Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews, utilizing strong behavioral and situational questioning techniques.
Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best talent for the company.
Prepare interview notes, assessments, and recommendations for hiring managers.
Extend and negotiate job offers to successful candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
