About The Role:
Capable of independently talking to Engineering Colleges all over India to fix up Campus Placements and Training Work Shops.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to new joining formalities.
Preparation of Offer / Appointment letters, Salary break up, and other official letters.
Capable of handling Induction and Orientation and Personality Development Training for the employees.
Capable of handling all travel arrangements for the CEO - Booking of travel tickets and Hotels etc. (Independently or through our travel partner).
Work on confidential information and performs other essential duties as assigned with discretion.
Maintaining monthly Payroll and leaves records through attendance system.
Help in formulating and implementing of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies including
Arranging for get together and outings for employees and their family members and implementing staff
welfare policies with key focus on enhancing motivation levels.
Interacting with employees and conducting grievance resolution meetings as and when necessary.
Taking care of Full and Final settlements of resigned employees.
Conducting Exit Interviews and preparing the exit interview reports for management analysis.
Issuing relieving and experience letters or other official documents.
Processing PF and Gratuity (with help from our PF Consultant).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
