HR Functions:
Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for employees and workers
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
Monitor contract labor documentation and bio-metric attendance
Support employee engagement, grievance redressal, and HR policy implementation
Admin Functions:
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and facility upkeep
Organize company events, trainings, and internal meetings
Maintain security registers, visitor logs, and general admin systems
Key Skills & Attributes:
Good understanding of HR & labor laws applicable to manufacturing companies
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software (if any)
Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills
Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Fluency in Hindi/Marathi, English is a added advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BMS / BBA / BA); MBA/PG in HR is preferred
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin in a manufacturing or industrial setup
