Job Description



As an HR and Admin Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing HR and administrative tasks. You will be required to coordinate and communicate matters concerning operations across shifts and international offices; your role would involve a fair amount of HR data reporting. The job requires you to be detail-oriented and organized.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.

Proficiency in payroll and maintaining spreadsheets.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

As Executive - HR & Admin your Key responsibilities are as follows:

HR Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize various channels (online job portals, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.Coordinate with hiring managers to present shortlisted profiles for further evaluation.

Guide selected candidates through the on-boarding process. Conduct necessary IT checks and verify government IDs.Share the offer letter and employment details with the candidate.Collect and organize on-boarding documents. Create HRMS Login and New Bank for new hires.

Responsible for maintaining and sharing critical monthly reports with stakeholders such as the Recruitment and Attrition Graph, Leave without Pay report, Email ID details report, Attrition Analysis report, Employment verification report, Employee referral tracker etc.

Gather and organize employee salary details, collaborate with the shift supervisors to ensure accurate payroll data. Work closely with the HR Manager, Operations and the Finance Team to ensure that payroll is processed within the established timelines. Communicate any discrepancies or updates promptly.

Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HRMS functionality, access, and processes.Investigate and resolve HRMS related problems, such as missing data, system errors, or access restrictions.

Facilitate the enrollment process for employees eligible for Mediclaim. Assist employees with claims and address any related queries.Administer accident insurance policies for employees. Educate employees on coverage details and claims procedures. Collaborate with relevant teams during claim processing.

Work closely with HR to conceptualize engagement events. Arrange logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials. Post event photos promptly after the event concludes.Use relevant social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).Adhere to set timelines for sharing.

Take on additional project that is assigned by the management.

Admin Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate housekeeping, security, and technical maintenance.

Liaise with vendors, manage agreements, and oversee timely renewals and payments.

Supervise staff for housekeeping and facility management. Provide regular feedback on housekeeping and security performance.

Handle new hire ID card printing and asset distribution.

Ensure timely facility repairs and preventive maintenance.

Take on additional projects as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
