Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin and Executive to support the Human Resources department in delivering a wide range of HR services. This role combines administrative responsibilities with executive-level support to ensure smooth HR operations, effective employee engagement, and compliance with internal policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:HR Administration:



Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files (digital and physical). Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction sessions, and exit interviews. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, appointment letters, warnings, and notices. Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets, and coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Recruitment and Hiring:



Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals and social media. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.

Employee Engagement and Relations:



Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions. Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits. Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback systems.

Executive Support:



Provide administrative support to senior HR personnel, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports. Coordinate interdepartmental communication and support implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus. High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with HRMS or HRIS systems. Event planning and employee engagement initiatives. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
