5. Policy Management: Ensure HR policies are current, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll and manage benefits, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
7. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR compliance.
8. Support Firm's Goals: Collaborate with management to integrate HR strategies with the firm's objectives.
