Key Responsibilities:

3. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, providing feedback and managing performance issues.

4. Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment.

5. Policy Management: Ensure HR policies are current, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.

6. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll and manage benefits, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

7. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR compliance.

8. Support Firm's Goals: Collaborate with management to integrate HR strategies with the firm's objectives.

9. Employee Retention: Develop strategies for high employee engagement and retention.
