We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Work Description
1. Recruitment and onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job
postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a
smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing
concerns and resolving issues.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee
engagement initiatives.
3. Training and Development
Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs for staff.
Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills
4. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
Technology solutions and tools improving HR service delivery
5. Payroll and attendance management
Ensure accurate processing of payroll.
Attendance Management
6. Statutory Compliances
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
7. Site Compliances
Handle and maintain site compliance as per requirement and provide them on time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
