Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Gathering payroll data, assisting with payroll processing, and administering employee benefits programs like health insurance and retirement plans.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and escalating issues as needed.
HR Policy Implementation:
Helping to implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing HR-related reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and performance data, and maintaining accurate records.
General Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
HRIS Management:
Managing and maintaining the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
Training and Development:
Assisting in the organization and coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
Compliance:
