Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation, attendance, and employee records. Handle petty cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reconciliation. Oversee payroll processing through

SPINE HRMS

, including salary inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance. Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with finance and auditors for payroll- and reimbursement-related queries. Support admin operations such as office supplies, travel bookings, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in

SPINE HRMS

and MS Excel. Strong understanding of payroll processing, ESI, PF, and income tax. Good communication and organizational skills. Accuracy in handling petty cash and maintaining ledgers.

Qualification:



Graduate in HR, commerce, or a related field. Certification in payroll or HR systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
