The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing various HR activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and answering employee inquiries.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, termination letters, and performance evaluations.
Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance records.
Manage employee performance appraisal processes.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Searching for vendors, getting quotation & negotiating, comparing costs for administrative or HR related requirements.
Managed to send monthly birthday mails for over 100 employees.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
12th / Bachelor's degree or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 years as an HR/Recruitment & Admin or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
