HR & Admin Executive

who can take complete ownership of manpower management for both units -- from hiring and training to performance tracking and employee relations.

Job Overview



The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for

end-to-end employee management

, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and performance monitoring. This role demands excellent communication, administrative, and leadership skills to ensure smooth workforce operations and high employee morale.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Hiring



Regularly identify manpower needs for both businesses (Distribution & Restaurant). Create and post job listings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and finalize hiring. Prepare and manage all joining documentation - offer letters, joining letters, employee forms, and ID verification. Explain job roles clearly to new employees and assign a senior for initial training.

Employee Management & Attendance



Maintain employee attendance records and leave registers. Monitor punctuality, discipline, and shift schedules. Manage leave approvals and maintain updated HR data.

Performance & Reporting



Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvements. Assign daily/weekly work to employees and collect task completion reports. Track productivity and maintain HR performance reports.

Payroll & Documentation



Prepare salary sheets based on attendance and performance data. Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing. Maintain all HR-related documentation and employee records securely.

Employee Relations & Motivation



Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. Conduct small employee engagement or motivational activities. Maintain a healthy work culture and ensure all employees follow job roles responsibly.

Required Skills & Knowledge



Strong understanding of

employee recruitment

documentation

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of

basic labour laws

and HR policies. Comfortable handling manpower across

different work types

(technical, field, kitchen, service).

Software & Tools Knowledge



MS Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory) - for attendance, payroll & reporting. MS Word / Google Docs - for letters and documentation. Basic HRMS or attendance software experience (preferred). Email and communication tools (Gmail, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or Commerce

. Additional certification or diploma in

Human Resource Management

preferred.
