Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive
HR & Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and office administration. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment: JD preparation, job postings, screening, interviews & onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR database, employee files, and documentation.
Process payroll inputs monthly (attendance, leave, overtime).
Manage attendance, leave tracking, late marks, and employee discipline.
Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and SOPs.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, exits & full & final settlements.
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Maintain office documentation and compliance registers.
Coordinate meetings, and office maintenance when required.
Ensure a professional office environment and support day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA/ MSW in HR preferred).
1-2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred/ Freshers can also Apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Malayalam).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work independently.
