Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations and plant administration for our EV automobile manufacturing unit and office. The role involves handling employee lifecycle, compliance, and smooth day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and statutory audits.
Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Handle plant administration - housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and vendors.
Oversee infrastructure, asset management, office supplies, and statutory renewals.
Prepare MIS reports and assist management in manpower planning.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
3-6 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing/automobile/EV sector.
Good knowledge of HR compliance, factory laws, and workforce management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
