Key Responsibilities: HR & Admin Executive (Male)

Maintaining Employee Records:

HR & Admin are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining both paper and electronic employee records, ensuring accuracy and security.

Onboarding and Employee Relations:

They facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, manage employee inquiries, and assist with employee relations issues.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

They may assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and handle related administrative tasks.

Compliance and HR Policies:

They ensure the organization's HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, and they may help develop and implement HR policies.
