Manage daily manpower, attendance, muster roll & OT records.
Support recruitment, onboarding & documentation for site staff/workers.
Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, WC, CLRA, BOCW & contractor compliance documents.
Maintain site HR registers, wage records & monthly reports.
Handle employee grievances, HR communication & welfare activities.
Manage site administration: housekeeping, stationery, security, canteen & labour camp.
Oversee PPE issuance, safety induction & labour welfare facilities.
Coordinate with HO for payroll inputs, reports & HR documentation.
Maintain site office records, asset register, vendor coordination & gate pass management.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
