To support the smooth functioning of the branch by managing HR operations, basic accounts, and general office administration, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment aligned with the organization's standards.
Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources
Assist in recruitment activities -- posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding formalities and maintain employee personal files.
Record attendance, leave, and monthly HR reports. (Pagar)
Support employee engagement activities and staff communication.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of records.
Assist in PMS evaluation and review
Prepare HR SOP
Prepare for new positions
B. Office Administration
Oversee daily branch operations, office cleanliness, and maintenance.
Manage front office desk -- handle incoming calls, emails, and student/visitor queries.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
Coordinate vendor payments and service requests.
Support organizing in-house events, meetings, and student seminars.
Prepare and submit weekly admin updates to the branch or operations head.
C. Accounts Support
Maintain petty cash records and daily expense vouchers.
Support in vendor invoice verification and submission to accounts.
Track payment follow-ups, reimbursements, and bill settlements.
Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and branch budgets.
Prepare Tally and payments of clients
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration
MBA in HR & Finance (Preferred)
1-3 years of experience in HR and office administration (education or service sector preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) followed by typing skills - Required
Good communication and coordination skills
Language fluency in English and Malayalam (Must)
Additional Language awareness (Hindi, Tamil) - Advantage
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
