Job Description

Role Overview:

Manage human resource functions including recruitment, employee

relations, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with

organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



? Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding.

? Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

? Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.

? Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour

laws.

? Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.

? Coordinate training and development programs.

? Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

? Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:



? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.

? Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

? Proficiency in MS O?ce and HR software tools.
