Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Handle employee relations, address queries, and support grievance redressal.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Oversee office administration including vendor management, housekeeping, and facility management.
Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation for employees when required.
Manage company events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements for office and employee-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR & Administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
