To support the HR & Administration department in executing day-to-day activities related to recruitment, employee management, office administration, and documentation. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals keen to grow a career in HR and Administration.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support:
Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, prepare recruitment trackers and databases.
Support onboarding activities including induction, documentation, and issuing appointment letters.
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
Assist in preparing HR letters, ID cards, and certificates as needed.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Administration Support:
Support in managing office supplies, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure timely updating and safekeeping of statutory documents.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration /MBA(HR/FINANCE/MARKETING)
Experience:
MIN 2YRS Experience
Skills:
Basic understanding of HR and admin functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
