Overview:

Tracona Solutions is looking for a confident, smart, serious and long term committed individual for handling the End to End Recruitment job of our clients.

He/ She needs to handle this whole process individually with less supervision. Going forward they would be also handling other Business consulting projects and staff trainings too.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and shortlisting the candidates Able to communicate well and get the relevant details for further process Update the daily reports. Prepare documents relevant to hiring and follow ups to be done accordingly Follow up on payments Need to handle other admin works as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate. MBA-HR Preferable Good communication and convincing skills Bold and Confident Be assertive Willing to learn and take new initiatives Need to work with less supervision

Note:

Probation of 3 months. Post 3 months salary hike based upon performance Incentives applicable after 1 month Timings- 9.30-6.00pm Willing to travel or relocate before joining Company sim would be provided. Candidates need to have their own phone and laptop for work
