Salary :- Rs. 15000/- to 25000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and joining formalities.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll
Monitor and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
Handle overtime, leave encashment, and attendance discrepancies.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Assist in planning and conducting employee engagement programs, events, and celebrations.
Maintain healthy workplace communication and discipline.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain personnel files, records, and HR databases.
Support statutory compliance activities -- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour law requirements.
Assist in audits and compliance documentation.
5. Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal process.
Maintain training records and assist in skill development initiatives.
6. HR Reporting
Prepare and submit HR MIS reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment, etc.).
Support management with HR analytics and data as required.
7. Administrative Management
Manage office and factory administration including housekeeping, security, canteen, stationery, and maintenance.
Coordinate travel, hotel booking, courier, and transport arrangements.
Handle vendor coordination, AMC, and service agreements.
Ensure upkeep of office premises and smooth facility operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years (for Junior HR Executive) or 3-5 years (for Senior HR Executive).
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial setup.
