Oversee daily attendance marked by security and ensure proper physical checks of employees at the security gate.
Factory Premises Maintenance:
Perform morning and evening rounds to check the cleanliness of the factory, including washrooms, temple, garden, and other premises. Provide feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
Safety Compliance:
Conduct safety rounds to ensure employees are wearing the provided safety gear, avoiding any safety hazards.
Snacks & Pantry Management:
Prepare snack lists and raise orders as required. Supervise the pantry team to ensure materials are stocked and available.
Water & Filter Maintenance:
Monitor water storage and filters, ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly.
Garden Supervision:
Supervise garden area maintenance, ensuring daily watering of plants and general upkeep.
Event Support:
Coordinate necessary arrangements for any functions or events organized at the factory.
Camera & Equipment Maintenance:
Check and ensure all security cameras are functional, coordinating repairs as needed.
First Aid Box Maintenance:
Ensure the first aid box is well-stocked and raise requisitions when supplies are low.
HR & Asset Management:
Resolve HR asset-related queries and ensure proper management of all assets.
Hooter Supervision:
Supervise hooter testing/raising as per the schedule to ensure operational efficiency.
Circular Posting:
Ensure all circulars shared by the HR team are posted at the security cabin.
Security Supervision:
Supervise the security personnel and address any concerns or issues.
Repairs & Maintenance:
Oversee and coordinate repair work within the factory premises as needed.
Vendor Management:
Maintain contacts with vendors and ensure smooth coordination for all requirements.
Time & Resource Management:
Ensure workers use their breaks efficiently and avoid wastage of time and electricity.
Stationery Management:
Manage stationery inventory and raise indent forms for departmental needs.
Attendance & Register Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure all necessary registers are up to date.
Overtime (OT) Monitoring:
Monitor daily overtime (OT) and ensure compliance with factory guidelines.
Manpower Arrangement:
Coordinate and arrange manpower resources for the smooth running of factory operations.
Lunch & Snacks Orders:
Supervise lunch and snack orders for clients, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of factory operations, safety protocols, and maintenance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with vendor management and handling HR-related queries.
