Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and support payroll coordination
Implement and monitor HR policies, rules, and company procedures
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
Maintain office files, records, and administrative documents
Assist management with scheduling, reports, meetings, and official communication
Ensure discipline, compliance, and a positive working environment
Requirements:
Graduation in HR / Administration / Management (preferred)
0-1 Years of experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
