Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting human resource functions and managing day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves recruitment support, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance assistance, and efficient office administration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support payroll processing, attendance, leave, and timesheet management
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws) and audits
Support training and development initiatives
Administration Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies
Manage office inventory, assets, and procurement
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and discipline
Support event coordination, meetings, and internal communications
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance basics
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Problem-solving and confidentiality handling skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
Experience in payroll and compliance preferred
Working Conditions
Full-time, office-based role
May require extended hours during audits, recruitment drives, or events

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
