HR & Admin Executive

in a

Water and Wastewater Treatment Company

:

1. Human Resources Management



Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and performance appraisals. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Support in employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration



Assist in payroll processing in coordination with the finance/accounts team. Maintain records for employee benefits, PF, ESI, insurance, and other statutory contributions. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and attendance.

3. Office Administration



Manage office facilities, infrastructure, and vendor contracts (housekeeping, security, transportation, etc.). Maintain office stationery, assets, and consumables. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and site support offices. Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and service providers for office equipment.

4. Compliance & Reporting



Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory labor laws, and company procedures. Maintain HR and admin documentation for audits and inspections. Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review. Maintain leave, attendance, and other compliance records accurately.

5. Employee Relations & Communication



Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in coordination with management. Organize meetings, events, and internal communications to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure proper documentation of HR policies and employee handbooks.

6. Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in HR and administration, preferably in industrial or service sectors. Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and office management. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage HR & admin functions independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,395.91 - ₹37,026.55 per month
