Job Description

Maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting with payroll, handling office operations, and preparing HR reports and communications. The role supports the HR department by ensuring smooth daily operations, managing employee data, and maintaining a positive work environment. HR Duties

Employee Records & Data:

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and physical and digital files.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations and paperwork.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and issues, and support the resolution of conflicts.

Payroll & Benefits:

Help process payroll, manage employee benefits, and provide information on compensation and allowances.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

HR Reporting:

Prepare and present HR metrics and reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, and other key data.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
