We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Draft and post job advertisements across portals and social media platforms.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records in HRMS / HR database.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
4. Performance & Learning
Assist in performance appraisal process.
Support in training and development initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR (freshers with relevant qualification may also apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
