Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee general administration activities (office management, vendor coordination, facilities).
Support statutory compliance and HR policies.
Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of recruitment and payroll management.
Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
