to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
Conduct reference checks and manage offer roll-outs.
Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
Prepare and process HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Support in planning employee engagement activities and events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and workplace concerns under supervision.
4. Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor attendance and leave records using HRMS.
Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
Experience:
2-7 years in an HR role.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
