Maintain attendance records and coordinate with the payroll team.
Handle on-boarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Monitor leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
Manage factory premises maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with government and statutory authorities when needed.
Support safety, health, and compliance initiatives at the plant.
Ensure compliance with labour laws such as ESIC, PF, Bonus Act, Factory Act, etc.
Liaise with inspectors and prepare documentation for audits.
