The HR & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing human resource functions along with day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the payroll team
Support HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, facility management, and housekeeping activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, courier management, and general office logistics.
Ensure proper maintenance of office premises and manage AMC and service providers.
Maintain filing systems, documentation, and administrative records.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes and basic labour laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
