To effectively manage and oversee the human resources functions within an organization.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Recruitment Process. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interview
2. Attendance and Payroll process.
3. Monitoring all the departments.
4. Employee Engagements and Training & Development.
5. To Coordinate for Performance Appraisal.
6. Statutory Compliance.
7. Administration related works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
2. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
3. Processing of the payroll functions, answering employees' questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
4. Induction of new employees.
5. Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement/separation, celebrations.
6. Coordination with all departmental heads.
7. Engagement with employees.
8. Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
Educational qualifications: MSW/ MBA in HR Specialization
Relevant experience: 1- 3 years
