TopLabsBazaar.com (3409Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd) is a fast-growing healthcare platform that connects patients with India's leading NABL-certified pathology and radiology labs. We're on a mission to make diagnostics simpler, more transparent, and accessible for everyone. We're looking for a Marketing Executive who is confident, presentable, and passionate about marketing, communication, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

? Planning HR and administration activities

? Overseeing recruitment

? Managing the payroll function

? Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures

? Running employee relations programs

? Overseeing the office management function

? Leading the HR department

? Maintaining detailed employee records and documents

? Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.

? Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administration

? Hiring new candidates and arranging on boarding

? Creating periodic reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring and professional development

? Producing internal company documents and communication material for employees

? Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement

Requirements

? A master's degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma

? A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing HR strategies and policies

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Ethical approach with integrity

? Problem-solving and decision-making skills
