? Receiving payments from clients, tracking & updating all transactions.
? Arranging for regular maintenance services.
? Maintaining staff records, including leaves, salaries & working schedules.
? Talent acquisitions and assist in hiring process.
? Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
? Working closely with different teams in order to ensure smooth operations.
? Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel).
Requirements:
? Degree in Bachelors/ Masters in Administration, Operations or related work.
? Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
? Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
? Possess understanding of administrative work.
? Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks at hand.
? Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with vendors & different stakeholders.
? Ability to work in startup environment.
? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
? Ability to handle customers' requests & complaints with grace.
