Key Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will handle
full-cycle recruitment
, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and closing roles across multiple departments. Hiring will include both
corporate positions
such as Operations Executives, E-commerce Executives, Digital Marketers, Customer Support, and Finance roles, as well as
fashion and production roles
like Sampling Tailors, Pattern Masters, Merchandisers, Fashion Designers, Quality Checkers, and Production Supervisors.
The role requires managing
HR operations
, including attendance and leave tracking, maintaining employee records, drafting contracts and NDAs, onboarding new hires, and coordinating payroll with the finance team. The HR Manager will implement performance review systems, set SOPs for HR processes, and maintain compliance with Indian labour laws, PF/ESI, and Shops & Establishments Act regulations.
The HR Manager will also drive
employee engagement
through team activities, training sessions, and communication initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work culture across both office and sampling/production floors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or Business Administration
2-5+ years experience in HR roles (fashion/Apparel/Startup experience preferred)
Strong communication, recruitment, negotiation, and organizational skills
Understanding of garment production workflows is a strong advantage
