HR generalist/admin roles

(startups or financial services preferred)

Responsibilities



Lead recruitment & onboarding across functions Manage payroll, HR operations, benefits & compliance Oversee workplace admin - office facilities, vendor management, travel Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

Requirements



Strong skills in recruitment, HR operations & communication Process-oriented, organized & discreet People-first mindset with the ability to balance HR and admin priorities Bonus if you have experience with HRMS tools or event management
