Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and documentation. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management. Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities. Support in performance appraisal processes and documentation. Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal communications. Assist in drafting HR letters, employment contracts, and other documentation. Address employee grievances and coordinate conflict resolution. Coordinate payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking.
Administrative:

Manage office administration and day-to-day operations. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Handle travel bookings and expense reimbursements for staff. Ensure a smooth working environment by coordinating housekeeping, IT support, and facility maintenance. Maintain company records, files, and documentation both digitally and physically. Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and client visits. Support the finance and legal teams in administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, basic compliance checks, and documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of proven experience in HR and admin roles. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
