Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Administration:



Manage office operations and facility upkeep. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of office supplies/services. Handle travel and accommodation bookings for employees and management. Track and maintain office assets, inventory, and equipment. Maintain compliance-related documentation and ensure timely renewals. Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff.

HR Support:



Assist in the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR files. Coordinate for employee engagement activities and internal communication. Support leave and attendance tracking processes in coordination with the HR team.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong administrative and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/MBA in HR or related field). 1-3 years of experience in Admin/HR support roles. Prior experience in managing office and facilities is essential.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
