Key Responsibilities:
Handling HR administrative work and documentation
Maintaining employee records and attendance
Supporting recruitment activities (screening, coordination, onboarding)
Assisting in payroll coordination and leave management
Managing office administration and vendor coordination
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Supporting management with daily operational tasks
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR functions and admin work
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Local candidates preferred
