Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans, and act as the primary point of contact with internal and external team.
Manage onboarding documentation, ID cards, joining kits, and maintain employee records.
Coordinate monthly attendance, support HR in salary processing, and distribute payslips.
Assist with PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Maintain employee files, contracts, and renewal trackers.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, walk-ins, and related requirements.
Handle office paperwork, courier management, vendor documentation, and contracts.
Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, pantry, and overall hygiene.
Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and office assets like electricity, water supply, CCTV, ACs, and printers.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service needs.
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and maintain fire extinguishers and basic emergency equipment.
Skills and Requirements:
Demonstrates 1+ years of working experience in similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Problem-solving and proactive attitude
