Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Manage job postings across multiple job boards
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-up
Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases
HR Documentation & Records
Prepare & maintain employee files and HR documents
Collect and verify onboarding documentation
Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters etc.
Maintain digital and physical HR documentation registers
Compliance & HR Operations
Support statutory and internal compliance documentation
Ensure timely submission of ID proofs, forms, and attendance records
Assist in audit activities and HR policy implementation
Handle HRMIS updates and data accuracy
Administration & Coordination
Manage daily office administrative tasks
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and trackers
Required Qualifications
Education:
BBA, BCom, MBA (HR preferred)
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
Skills Required:
Strong
English communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Basic understanding of HR functions
Good coordination & follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
