We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with overseeing daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support performance appraisal processes
Address employee queries and grievances
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Administration Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and facility management
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams
Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory
Handle travel arrangements and logistics (if required)
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure
Support leadership with administrative reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferably in IT industry)
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience with HRMS or payroll software
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience in a growing IT company or startup environment

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
