Duties and responsibilities:
? Handling recruitment cycle and selection process on daily bases. ? Responsible for end to end recruitment.
? Preparing JD for open positions and float vacancies on different platforms.
? Managing all Onboarding processes of new Hire and maintaining accurate physical and digital records of employees and company.
? Plan and arrange Employee Engagement activity. ? Assist in HR Policy/Process Management and SOP Making.
? Vendor Management & communication for the office requirements
? Expense management, MIS reporting and other administration work
? Completion of HR & Admin work assigned by Reporting manager
Requirements and qualifications:
? Any BBA Graduate or MBA in HR with proven experience in the HR & Admin domain.
? Must have good organizational skills with good problem solving behavior.
? Excellent in communication skills - Oral, Written
? Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
? Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply for this opening.
