Key Responsibilities Human Resources
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and performance management system.
Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and team-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Organize meetings, company events, and maintain office communication channels.
Handle documentation, filing, and reporting for HR C Admin functions.
Maintain monthly scorecard data for employees.
Support management in operational tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR C Administration (engineering/design services industry preferred).
Strong communication skills (written C verbal) in English.
Good knowledge of HR practices, MS Office, and basic HR tools/software.
Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
